Hints:

-Once you've maxed out Samus' ovulation, you'll be presented with two animated scenes to choose from.

-Click on options during the animation to reach the maximum level of arousal and impregnate Samus ... or not (depending on the scene)

-In the animated scene with the crossover character, there is an option that reduces arousal. In another breeding scene, you need to reach maximum arousal twice.
